As a non-emergency medical transportation provider, our goal is to provide safe, professional, honest, and efficient transportation services to assist individuals to get to their medical appointments, assisting with medical compliance. Our company strives to provide the best quality of transport possible. Our staff members are all trained and credentialed to include defensive driving techniques, proper wheelchair and securement techniques, CPR certified, and HIPAA trained.
DAB Dependable Transportation, LLC started its operations in 2017 with the goal of Bridging the Gap to safe and dependable medical transportation for individuals with specialized transport needs to include ambulatory and wheelchair transport. With Danelle Hargrove, Owner of DAB Dependable Transportation, LLC, and Shannon Hargrove, Chief Operating Officer, Registered Nurse with over 18 years of experience, and a Certified CTAA Trainer, we strive to continue to provide safe transports to the individuals that we serve.
Shortly after starting to provide services, we identified the need for transportation as well. We aim to provide the best possible quality transportation services. We currently have a fleet of regularly maintenance vehicles available, all properly equipped, safe, and comfortable for transport. We take pride in providing presentable and clean vehicles. We Consider our services to be an integral part of bridging the gap to accessible healthcare. We utilize modern technology to include electronic documentation, dispatch software, GPS monitoring of our fleet, and all other required equipment to successfully and safely provide non-emergency medical transport.
We provide transportation services to members of all ages to include individuals with temporary or permanent disabilities. Members aged 17 and under require an adult escort, however, due to the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus, only one (1) escort is permitted. DAB Dependable Transportation, LLC follows all state guidelines for the proper securement of infants and children. All members transported must follow the CDC guidelines and regulations by wearing a mask. We also provide hand to hand assistance as requested. Our goal is to provide safe and comfortable transportation to and from all medical appointments.
